Company health insurance

Jobrad

Company pension scheme
You will receive the statutory employer contribution of 15% towards your company pension scheme. We offer you attractive terms through our partner. You will also receive an additional employer contribution of €30.00 for the company pension scheme, provided you do not wish to use this for capital-forming benefits.
30 days’ holiday
You are entitled to 30 days’ holiday per calendar year, plus special leave for various personal reasons.
Childcare allowance

AGO GmbH expressly supports voluntary work in disaster relief (THW, German Red Cross, Malteser, DLRG, etc.) and the fire service. Employees are, as a rule, granted time off for training and assignments.

Mobile devices
You will be provided with a mobile phone for field work; service staff will also receive a tablet. Project managers, group leaders and site managers are equipped with laptops. This makes mobile working easy.
Part-time further training
Through regular performance review meetings with your line manager, professional goals are developed jointly. If further professional development, training or a seminar emerges as a priority, this is fully covered by AGO GmbH.
