Consultancy and energy efficiency

Improving the overall energy efficiency of systems and properties is becoming increasingly important and presents new challenges for the operation of building services systems. For example, in accordance with Section 12 of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV), so-called energy inspections of ventilation and air-conditioning systems of a certain age with a cooling capacity exceeding 12 kW are mandatory.

Energy inspections of ventilation and air-conditioning systems identify energy-related weaknesses and result in proposals for improving the energy efficiency of the systems.

We support our customers and contractual partners in increasing and optimising the efficiency of their building services systems. With a view to maximum cost-effectiveness and an optimal cost-benefit ratio, we employ a three-stage optimisation concept:

  • Stage 2: Energy analysis

Emergency Service – 24-hour on-call service


Even the most reliable ventilation, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or CHP systems can occasionally break down. This is particularly frustrating when it happens after business hours, at weekends or on public holidays, when no one is available to rectify the fault.

We have set up an emergency service for our customers and contractual partners in such emergencies, which is available round the clock at night, at weekends and on public holidays to record the fault and resolve it as quickly as possible.
