We’ve had eight new trainees on board since September.
Under the motto “Stronger together”, we’ve already had our first successful trainee photoshoot.
“Skilled trades are now among the trending professions with the best prospects for the future, so we are delighted to have a trainee intake similar to last year’s.
We are committed to training and take on the majority of our trainees once they have successfully completed their training. For AGO, this is an important step towards countering the shortage of skilled workers in the region,” said the management of AGO GmbH Energie + Anlagen.
