Latest update on the innovative CHP system at Stadtwerke Stein

The official ground-breaking ceremony for our iCHP project took place in Stein in February. The complex facility, designed to include a combined heat and power plant, a power-to-heat system and a heat pump with a recooler, is set to supply 1,200 houses and flats with CO2-neutral heating in future, thereby achieving CO2 savings of approximately 25,000 tonnes per year. 
Construction of the plant is progressing, and the BHWK engine has now been delivered to and installed in Stein.
