Our trainee receives the Dr Kapp Role Model Award

We are very proud of our trainee Constantin Wendel, who was awarded the Dr Kapp Role Model Award this year. This award honours young people who, alongside their training, demonstrate exceptional commitment to voluntary work and thus serve as role models for others.

Constantin has been working with great dedication at the Marienweiher Volunteer Fire Brigade for several years. There, he not only provides active support during operations but also plays an active role in the brigade’s training and community life. His commitment impressively demonstrates the importance of a sense of responsibility, helpfulness and team spirit – values that are also highly prized in our company.

The award not only recognises his personal achievement but also highlights how significant voluntary work is for our society. We warmly congratulate Constantin on this special recognition and are delighted to have him on our team, said our CEO Günther Hein.
