Three heat pumps and a ventilation unit were installed to provide air conditioning for the ventilation of new packaging lines at a pharmaceutical company. The ventilation unit utilises integrated heat recovery and the subsequent direct evaporator to condition the air to the desired room climate. As these are cleanrooms, special filters were used to filter out the smallest particles from the outside air. AGO’s remit covered everything from planning through to commissioning.
Technical data:
- Air flow rate of HVAC units: 30,000 m³/h supply/exhaust air
- Heater output: 189 kW
- Cooling capacity: 164 kW
- Recuperative heat recovery capacity: 294 kW
