Specialist Site Manager in Electrical Installation (m/f/d)

In this key role, you’ll be the conductor ensuring the smooth running of our challenging projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, supervising and optimising the construction process.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing your own staff and subcontractors, coordinating with other trades involved on site.
- Checking that specifications can be implemented on site. Preparing quantity surveys.
- Monitoring and ensuring the progress of installation in terms of quality, adherence to deadlines and cost-effectiveness, based on technical specifications and drawings.
- Organising and coordinating the flow of materials
- Distinguishing between and assessing contractual and non-contractual work.
- Identifying and resolving issues arising during the provision of services.
- Drafting the necessary site correspondence
Your profile:
You have completed vocational training as an electrician or an electronics technician specialising in building services. You have already gained relevant experience as a specialist site manager for industrial electrical installations, are confident in working with circuit diagrams and are familiar with the key VDE guidelines.
In addition, we would be delighted if you had specialist knowledge in the field of health and safety on construction sites and were proficient in using Office applications.
