Your responsibilities:

Support with order processing:

Commercial order management, including the preparation of project forecasts in collaboration with project managers
Preparing and issuing invoices and requisition forms
Tracking of orders
Maintaining and ensuring stock levels
Support with the preparation of documentation

Support for the sales department:

Assistance with preparing quotations
Tracking quotations

Your profile:

Interest in implementing innovative heat pump projects for the energy and heating transition and in building up a new business division
Successfully completed training as a construction and project manager or industrial clerk, or a similar commercial qualification with experience in project management
High level of commitment and self-motivation
Organisational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Proficiency in standard Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Working hours: Full-time

Location: Kulmbach
