Senior Site Manager in Piping and Plant Construction (m/f/d)

Unleash your potential as a specialist site manager in energy plant construction within our dynamic installation team!
In this key role, you’ll be the conductor ensuring the smooth running of our challenging projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, monitoring and optimising the construction process.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing your own staff and subcontractors, and coordinating with other trades involved on site.
- Checking that specifications can be implemented on site. Preparing quantity surveys.
- Monitoring and ensuring the progress of installation in terms of quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness, based on technical specifications and drawings.
- Organising and coordinating the flow of materials
- Distinguishing between and evaluating contractual and non-contractual work.
- Identifying and resolving issues arising during the provision of services.
- Drafting the necessary site correspondence
Your profile:
You have completed vocational training in the metalworking sector (HKS/pipework construction). You have already gained relevant experience as a specialist site manager in industrial pipework construction, ideally in the fabrication (welding) of steel, stainless steel and plastic pipework.
In addition, we would be delighted if you had specialist knowledge in the field of health and safety on construction sites and were proficient in using Office applications.
