AGO constructed a plant for high-pressure steam generation using exhaust gases from a glass melting tank, with feedwater degassing and water treatment.

Hot water is generated using a natural gas-fired large-water-tube boiler. The heat is transferred to a district heating network with pressure maintenance and district heating pumps.
