Engineering and construction of a CHP plant with 2 gas motors. The scope of supply included building construction, 2 natural gas driven CHP Systems with waste heat recovery to generate hot water, re-cooling system, ventilation, medium voltage system incl. instrumentation and control technology. The new CHP plant was embedded hydraulically into the existing system.

Redundant cooling by means of two oil-free turbo chiller units and two hybrid coolers allocated to the chillers. In addition two free redundant cooling heat exchangers have been installed. An integrated brine-water-heat pump is providing heat for the rooms and ventilation.
