Stein Municipal Utilities
As part of an ikWK project, AGO GmbH Energie + Anlagen installed a gas-fired combined heat and power plant and a compression heat pump at Stein Municipal Utilities. The compression heat pump uses air as a heat source and supplies the utility’s district heating network with heating energy during the summer months.

- Hot water temperatures: 80 °C / 68 °C
- CHP output: 1,882 kWth / 1,999 kWel
- Electric boiler output: 800 kW
