Straußberg Municipal Utilities

A modern combined heat and power (CHP) plant was planned and installed in an existing building. AGO GmbH was responsible for the installation of three gas engine CHP units, including soundproof enclosures with ventilation systems, an exhaust system with SCR catalysts, and all piping and connections to the existing plant infrastructure. In addition, a medium-voltage switchgear was integrated into a purpose-built substation building, with direct feed-in to the 10 kV grid and a bespoke plant control system.
