An energy centre for the district administration office and a hotel complex was newly constructed on the Karl-Kurz site.
 

The contract included the installation of a hot water boiler with provision for a CHP connection, the integration of buffer tanks and the district heating pump station. For the cooling supply, a split chiller with reserve capacity, the integration of the chilled water buffer tank and the district cooling pump station were installed.
